Delivery Policy

  1. Is delivery free?

FREE Delivery is available for all orders for West Malaysia.

Delivery fees calculate based on the weight of product is charge for East Malaysia. You will be able to see the total courier charges (at 'YOUR CART' page) after adding your desire product to cart. 

If for overseas shipping, courier charges need to be checked with the courier company. Please contact us at 017-6588195 before placing your order. All order for overseas without confirmation will not ship out by us. 

  1. Where do you deliver?

We provide delivery to West Malaysia, East Malaysia & Overseas (all serviceable areas).

  1. What is the delivery time frame?

With standard shipping delivery time is 7-14 working days to West Malaysia.

  1. What if I am not in at the time of delivery?

The delivery person will contact and inform you before every delivery. If no one is physically able to collect your parcel during the first delivery, courier company will contact you and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.

If the second delivery failed, you will need to go to the nearest branch to collect your parcel. (Please note that the parcel required two persons to carry and the parcel might not able to fit in normal size of car.)

If you request for third delivery, you will need to pay for additional delivery fees.

  1. Does delivery include assembly of the product?

The Delivery Agents are not required to unpack, assemble or construct Goods as part of the delivery service. All the products can be self-assembled and comes with Assembly Instruction.
