At Funbies, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality baby furniture and accessories. All Funbies furniture products come with a Standard 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, valid under normal household use.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date the customer receives the product, as evidenced by the Delivery Order, courier tracking record, or other delivery confirmation issued by Funbies Marketing or an authorized Funbies retailer.

In the absence of delivery confirmation, the warranty period will commence from the Purchase Invoice date.

What is covered by the warranty?

1. Wooden Parts & Hardware

(Including structural wooden components, panels, bed slats, hinges, drawer slides, handles, racks, screws, and fittings purchased new)

• 1-Year Limited Warranty

2. Wheels / Castors

• 3-Month Warranty

The warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from any of the following:

Improper Use & Handling

• Improper storage or handling
• Incorrect installation or failure to follow assembly instructions
• Negligent use, misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Use of the product in a manner not intended by the manufacturer

Environmental & External Factors

• Natural or accidental disasters (e.g. fire, flood, earthquake)
• Damage caused by falls, impacts, or collisions
• Exposure to excessive heat, moisture, humidity, or direct sunlight
• Light discoloration or fading over time
• Presence of insects, termites, or other pest-related issues
• Natural variations in wood grain, colour, texture, or finish

Modifications & Unauthorized Repairs

• Any modification, alteration, repair, or addition not approved by Funbies
• Repairs carried out by unauthorized third-party service providers
• Use of non-original or incompatible parts or components

Secondhand or Display Items

• Products purchased as used, secondhand, clearance, or resale items
• Floor models, showroom display units, or sample items

Paint & Finish Disclaimer

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear over time
• Minor scratches, dents, chips, or marks resulting from daily use
• Peeling, blistering, or discoloration caused by wear, environmental conditions, or improper care
• Accidental or intentional physical damage

As our products are batch-produced, minor colour and finish variations may occur. While we ensure consistency in quality and design, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match between items from different production batches or separate orders.

Warranty Service & Resolution

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period:

• Funbies will repair or replace the defective part or product, at our sole discretion
• Replacement or repair is subject to product availability
• The warranty does not cover transportation, delivery, installation, reinstallation, or assembly costs

Contents of the guarantee

Funbies Marketing warrants that Funbies furniture or accessory is suitable for the use for which the furniture or accessory is intended, under its normal operating conditions and when it has been assembled according to the assembly instructions supplied by the manufacturer. That the furniture or accessory corresponds to its description as communicated in the various printed or digital media controlled by Funbies Marketing. Funbies Marketing warrants that the Funbies furniture or accessory does not have any defect in workmanship or concealed defects, having undergone the quality control at the factory.

Warranty implementation information

Documents to be provided: copy of delivery order and purchase invoice or receipt, and photos of the defect.

So as to achieve a continuous improvement of its furniture, Funbie Marketing reserves the right to call, at its own expense, an internal or external expert to inspect the defect and its causes, and to propose the replacement of the components when the replacement of the furniture has a disproportionate cost compared to the repair, or to propose equivalent components or models according to the availability of the furniture concerned by the guarantee.
