Exchange and Return

  1. What is your returns policy?

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please, contact us if you are dissatisfied with your purchase after receiving it.

All goods sold are non-refundable. 

Return Policy is applicable within 14 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged, Manufacturing defect or Incorrect product. Any return on the basis of exchange product model, design and colour will not be entertained.

The return validity (14 days) starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Prior to that, please inform us if your parcel received is damage/ defective/ incorrect within 48 hours and attached the essential documentations. After 48 hours, your report will be automatically rejected and product exchange will not be effective.

  1. What do I do if the parcel received is damage/ defective/ incorrect?

We appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving damage/ defective/ incorrect parcel. If a report is made after 48 hours, it will be automatically rejected. We will review your report and revert back to you ASAP. Any damage/ defective/ incorrect parcel which send back to us will be exchanged with same model, design and colour product.

⚠️ Unboxing and checking videos⚠️: On every of our products, before shipping out, we have sticked a reminder sticker on it. To protect the rights and interests of each parties involved in respect of product claims, please record a video when you unbox the parcel. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
  • Unboxing video and clear photos of the received damaged good and box it came with
  • Copy of consignment note or tracking number 

(Please note that reports without above documentations will be rejected)  

  1. Will I be charged postage for exchanging damaged products?

No, if you have already received our confirmation on your damaged parcel report. In that case, we will be responsible for postage incurred for returns and redelivery. We can also arrange for our logistic partner to pick up from you if needed. Do advise and we will assist accordingly.

  1. How do I know if you have received my return items?

Once we received your return items, we will send an email or Whatsapp message to inform you.

  1. When will I receive my exchange items?

After we received your return items, we will evaluate the returned product and begin the replacement process. This quality evaluation process and delivery may take up to 7-14 working days. We will send you an email notification or Whatsapp message once completed.

  1. Where to return?

After we confirm on your return request, we will send you our mailing address.
