A. Order Acceptance and Billing

Funbies reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. B. Pricing Information; Availability
The price of the Goods and/or Services shall be the price stated in Funbies website at the time which the Buyer makes its offer purchase to Funbies. The price includes the cost of packaging and delivery charges, any applicable goods and services tax, value added tax or similar tax which the Buyer shall be liable to pay to Funbies in addition to the price.
C. Voucher Codes
Voucher codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Voucher codes are void where prohibited by law. Voucher codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any voucher code.
D. Credit Point
• The use of Funbies Customer Credit is only applicable at Funbies official website with registering an user account.
• One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00) is equivalent to 1 Customer Credit for every purchase on Funbies official website. Courier charges and discount amount is not counted as Customer Credit.
• With effect from 2 December 2020, 100 Customer Credit is equivalent to One Ringgit Malaysia (RM1.00). The rate is subject to change as may be announced by Funbies.
• You are able to see your balance credit(s) in your user account. Customer credit will be deducted from the credit(s) balance after using for each time purchase.
• Customer Credit is not convertible into cash.
• Customer Credit is not applicable to use on product which is having promotion or discount. Besides, Customer Credit cannot be used at the same time with Voucher, Discount Promotion or any other related benefits.
• If an user account is found to be or permitting the abusing and/or breaching of the terms and conditions herein, Funbies reserves the absolute right and discretion to suspend the account and/or remove or suspend any points without prior notice.
• The Customer Credit awarded may not be assigned or transferred and shall be used exclusively by valid user account.
• Customer Credit, rewards and all related benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Funbies. Funbies reserves the right to add, delete, alter or amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and it shall be effective for adopt.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Funbies from and against any and all claims, costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees and legal costs) of any kind or nature, arising from or relating to, any actual or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions by you or anyone using your account. If we assume the defense of such a matter, you will reasonably cooperate with us in such defense.
